Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage major system implementations within the Public Sector sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and internal teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or roadblocks, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and project closure activities.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to system implementations and project management in the public sector.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in delivering complex IT projects within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of system implementations or migrations, including familiarity with relevant technologies, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing financial reports.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
