The day to day:

From day one you will manage your own business and be given the responsibility to build, manage and qualify your own pool of candidates within your chosen expertise and build a new business pipeline using your persuasive skills to secure new clients, grow existing relationships and generate business for your practice, so you will need to be a self-starter, enjoy working autonomously and have the determination to be the best.

• As a Recruitment Consultant you are part of the driving force in the further expansion of our brand in Belgium and the Netherlands ;​​
• You will be given a 360° role in which you will be responsible for actively promoting candidates to Fyte’s clients and offering them different solutions (assessments, permanent or/and freelance recruitment, business strategy…) ;
• Conducting job interviews is a daily task ;
• You are always proactively looking for new commercial opportunities to expand your own portfolio and develop long-term relationships. This with both SMEs and large multinationals ;
• As a consultant, you naturally have an important role in guiding applicants in their search for a new challenge. You therefore have a guiding role in which you perform a needs analysis and start coaching people through the A to Z process.

The profile we need:

• We are looking for confident, ambitious and passionate people fluent in French and/or Dutch and a good command of English.
• You have a first experience in recruitment.
• You are people focused, outgoing, and confident. This is a role that will deliver both financially and developmentally.
