Morgan Philips are supporting a great brand to hire a Reward Manager to join their expanding HR team. This is a blended role with time divided between home and their office in South Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent role paying £45-50,000pa.
The Reward Manager provides expert reward and benefits advice and support on a wide range of strategic and operational reward projects and programmes. You will also support the Reward Director in meeting a variety of statutory reporting requirements (e.g. Directors Remuneration Report, Gender Pay Gap Reporting and others), as well as servicing the requirements of the Board and Remuneration Committee.
Suitable candidates should be degree educated and ideally CIPD qualified to an advanced level. You will have Kornferry Hay job evaluation experience and a proven record in compensations and benefits design. You will possess strong persuasion and influencing skills to successfully achieve strategic and other important communication objectives including amongst senior audiences. Being analytical and able to read and use data to make informed decisions is also a must.
