Job Title: SCC Evaluation Reviewer
Location: Stevenage
Department: Supply Chain Evaluation
Purpose:
To provide support to the Supply Chain Control Evaluation Manager in the smooth
functioning of a department with responsibility for ensuring that the evaluation,
maintenance, and review of suppliers and subcontractors and the management of
associated documentation is carried out in accordance with company procedures
and/or those procedures associated with our Joint Ventures and Alliances.
Specific Role Duties:
Ensuring that third party documentation is issued, reviewed and processed
accurately, filing electronically and entering details to relevant databases as
required by the task
Ensuring that timescales for returns are met. This includes liaising with third
party and internal contacts as necessary.
Supporting members of the SCC team in achieving departmental objectives,
developing supervisory and innovative capability
Working with other departments and business units within Group Services
to respond to queries and to promote best practice with regard to matters
relating to supply chain control.
Deputising for the Supply Chain Control Evaluation Manager in times of
absence.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritise tasks and perform them efficiently.
Working knowledge of MS Office (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel).
Able to demonstrate experience of working proactively within a SHEQ,
Procurement, or Compliance team, preferably for a business engaged in the
Utility or Construction sectors.
