Fyte are working with a financial services client seeking an experienced senior business analyst, who has delivered in agile environments, to work across a broad digital, payments and data-related project portfolio, including the upgrade of the client's telephony-based contact centre to a digital first platform utilising digital channels (virtual assistants, chatboxes, etc.). It is a remote 8 month contract inside-IR35.
