Specialists in Change within Public Sector Organisations

My client is an exciting and dynamic Consultancy Business who are popular specialists in providing support and guidance to organisations as they go through periods of organisational change. This is a talented, experienced and very welcoming group of like-minded professions who pride themselves on a very human approach to the human issues that can arise in organisational change. For this role specifically the projects will be Public Sector Organisations, therefore we would be looking to speak with Change Professionals who have experience within Public Sector organisations.

The role as a Senior Change Manager (or Principal Consultant) would be to undertake the post as the most senior delivery figure for projects of organisational change within Public Sector organisations. Typically we find that to undertake this role competently, candidates would require to have at least 3-5 years experience in Change Management, however we have the scope here to hire an even more experienced individual given the scope of potential projects that we can put the successful applicant on, with a remuneration package to match.

There is extremely good career progression within this organisation with a path to the next step of Managing Consultant which can be mapped out almost from day one for particulalry ambitious candidate. Most projects are being delivered remotely at present, so there is a very large element of home working in this role. There are office in Glasgow, Aberdeen & Edinburgh should you want external workspace at your disposal and in the broader business a London Office too. When / if the World returns to a more familiar working pattern  and delivery returns to being done on site with clients we would expect a candidate to be mobile enough to cope with that way of working. That does feel a long way off right now though, doesn't it?

The overall package for this role is excellent and in our view the client is prepared to pay a little beyond the market rate here to attract the best talent. £50,000 to £70,000 a year on basic, a decent level of contributory pension and a very generous 40 days a year holiday are the headlines to this excellent offering - and of course, do remember the excellent progression opportunities that are waiting for you in this superb Consultancy Business.
