Fyte are currently working with an established Glasgow based organisation that would like to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst on a permanent basis.  
Due to growth and coupled with great investment this business is going through an exciting period which makes it the ideal time to join an already fantastic business model.
They are looking for high calibre individuals to bring their vision to work along side some of the best in the business.
Key accountabilities include : preparing the month end accounting information, develop analysis and commentary to be used by the Finance Business Partners and the business to inform financial decision making, provide monthly reporting to the Finance Leadership Team, collaborate effectively with the Business Partners on reporting and commentary as required and to ensure all processes and controls are updated and followed.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified ACA or equivalent. Potentially a good first move from the Big 4. The individual would be required to have had worked with large corporates and have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the business and manage multiple stakeholders
The ability to manage and lead tight deadlines is key. Excellent financial and analytical abilities are required with a good working knowledge of IFRS.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of stakeholders both written and verbally, including ability to influence and persuade others.
The ability to adapt and embrace change in a fast-paced changing environment is crucial.
  • Analyse actual income and expenditure transactions
  • Process manual journals to ensure the accuracy of financial data
  • Variance analysis of actuals with budget and forecasts
  • Prepare standard and non standard reporting with insightful commentary
  • Perform analysis, monitoring and reporting of financial and non-financial information
  • Reconcile financial and non-financial transactions ensuring data integrity
  • Provide Analysis and Reporting for month end on agreed processes
  • Build relationships with Business Partnering team in multiple locations
  • Investigate and resolve any queries in a professional and timely manner to ensure strong and effective relationships
