The role of Senior Reward Manager will involve both pay and benefits, and includes reward project management, co-ordination of annual reward deliverables, and provision of an advisory and analytical service covering all aspects of Reward and contributing to the effective delivery of reward policies across the Company. This is both a strategic and operational role, with an emphasis more towards the compensation side that benefits. The role will report to the Head of Reward and will manage a team of 2.
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong Reward background with a strong emphasis on the Compensation side. You should ideally be CIPD qualified and should have worked in a variety of sectors.
