A great service desk analyst position has become available with our client within the real estate and construction industry in Edinburgh to join their growing IT team.


Profile description:
Your main responsibilities will be to provide IT support to internal users, in terms of customer service, managing support tickets and user expectations.

The client are looking for someone who has:
- Worked in Level 1 / Level 2 support in a professional capacity
- Supported userbase on rollout of a CRM (Preferably Salesforce)
