- lead the new product due diligence process across banks global platforms (APAC, EMEA) while partnering with the business and support departments. This activity is a pillar of business growth and development in the region.
- Support Bank’s growth strategy through the development and implementation of new products and new activities across banks' global platforms, under the supervision of the Bank’s heads of business lines and in cooperation with Business Management
- Manage the review and approval process of new products and new activities together with the Bank’s support functions, and present the results to business Committee and Global Senior Management
- Projects Management: lead the bank’s transformation and strategic projects across the APAC platform.
- Lead high-visibility transformation projects and programs across the APAC platform in partnership with the heads of support and control functions
- Support the APAC strategy definition and implementation, through participation to strategic studies and budget exercises
- Manage regional progress reporting efforts and presentation to APAC Executive Committee
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master or Degree holder in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Excellent knowledge of the CIB products and new product / activity diligence practices
- Project Management experience, including the ability to address and challenge senior stakeholders; Lean Six Sigma, PMP or Prince 2 certification an asset
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills to ensure good relations with Front Office and Support Functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as excellent presentation skills with the ability to comfortably conduct presentations towards large groups and senior individuals
- Fluent in English; and/or Asian languages (Mandarin and Cantonese) an asset
