Key Responsibilities

• Design Development:
  Create and develop architectural designs for retail spaces, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and customer experience objectives.

• Project Management:
  Oversee the entire design process from concept through execution, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to integrate branding elements and functional requirements into store designs.

• Site Evaluation:
  Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine design constraints and opportunities, ensuring designs are practical and effective.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards, conducting necessary approvals and permits.

• Budget Management:
  Manage project budgets, providing accurate cost estimates and maintaining financial oversight throughout the design and construction phases.

• Client Interaction:
  Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making adjustments to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is a plus.

• Experience:
  5+ years of experience in retail architecture or store design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and graphic design tools.

• Creativity:
  Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs that enhance the retail environment.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to diverse audiences.

• Project Management:
  Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
