Our client is a European Diary brand, and they have a small operation in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join the Asia team.
Responsibilities:

Formulate and coordinate marketing strategies for assigned brands to achieve sales growth target

Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing/ digital marketing campaigns across various channels, e-commerce platforms

Monitor, analyse and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, provide insights and recommendations to deliver sales with justify ROI
-
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities

Familiar with different e-commerce platforms, social media, search engines etc

Support the planning and management of the dairy product's marketing budget with Sales team
-
Prepare sales analysis reports, presentations, analyse and identify dairy marketing trends periodically
-
Identify and coordinate joint promotions and sponsorship opportunities

Help organize trade shows for different markets
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field

4+ years of experience in marketing or brand management role, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing technology and design tools

Good knowledge in digital media, Google analytics, SEO, SEM etc

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and self-motivated with can-do attitude
-
Knowledge and understanding of food or dairy products are an advantage

Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese
