Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth in the beverage sector.

  • Sales Reporting:
    Prepare regular sales reports and presentations, analyzing performance metrics and providing insights for strategic planning.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities and ensure alignment on brand initiatives.

  • Training and Development:
    Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Event Participation:
    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, showcasing products and building brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    3+ years of sales experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

  • Team Player:
    Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.

  • Technical Proficiency:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
