Business Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business performance using internal and external data sources.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business planning and data-related initiatives, including exploring business opportunities, budgeting, forecasting, and target setting.

• Contribute to the formulation of actionable strategic plans.

• Transform findings into business reports and dashboards for relevant stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

• University degree holder in Business Administration or related fields.

• 5-10 years of experience in business analytics.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Proficiency in programming.

• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling.
