Key Responsibilities

• Team Management:

• Investment Analysis:

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are preferred.

• Experience:
  10+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the investment or financial services industry.

• Strategic Thinking:
  Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.

• Leadership Skills:
  Proven leadership abilities, with experience in developing and mentoring finance teams.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
