Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization’s goals and enhances overall workforce effectiveness. -
Talent Management:
Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to attract and nurture top talent across all levels of the organization. -
Organizational Development:
Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development. -
Change Management:
Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change. -
Culture and Diversity:
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organization’s values and enhances employee satisfaction. -
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage HR-related risks effectively. -
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Utilize HR analytics to monitor key performance indicators, providing insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions. -
Collaboration with Leadership:
Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP) is preferred. -
Experience:
10+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. -
Leadership Skills:
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing HR team. -
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. -
Strategic Thinking:
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning HR practices with business goals. -
Cultural Awareness:
Understanding of the local labor market and cultural nuances in the Philippines.
