Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy Development:
  Develop and implement corporate finance strategies to optimize financial performance and support business growth.

• Capital Management:
  Oversee capital structure and funding strategies, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources to enhance profitability and shareholder value.

• Mergers and Acquisitions:
  Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiations, to identify strategic opportunities for expansion and growth.

• Financial Reporting:
  Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, presenting financial performance and insights to the executive team and board of directors.

• Risk Management:
  Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Team Leadership:
  Manage and develop the corporate finance team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred.

• Experience:
  10+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields, with a proven track record in leadership roles.

• Leadership Skills:
  Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams.

• Communication Skills:
