Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics industries.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin,
  • Fast and accurate Chinese typing skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
