Job Title: Digital Core Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Core Infrastructure Engineer to join a leading organization in Hong Kong. This role is critical for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust digital infrastructure solutions that support the organization’s operations. Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Design:
  Design and implement digital core infrastructure solutions, including cloud services, data centers, and network systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.

• System Management:
  Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal system functionality.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, and application development, to integrate infrastructure solutions with business needs.

• Security and Compliance:
  Ensure that all infrastructure components adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, implementing necessary safeguards to protect data and systems.

• Documentation:
  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements in infrastructure operations, driving initiatives for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

• Technical Support:
  Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users, troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:
  5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on digital solutions, cloud technologies, and network management.

• Technical Skills:
  Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), virtualization technologies, networking protocols, and security practices.

• Problem-Solving Skills:
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.

• Communication Skills:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.

• Certifications:
  Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
