Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Operational Management:
    Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient processes and resource allocation across various departments.

  • Compliance and Governance:
    Ensure adherence to corporate policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, establishing best practices in governance and risk management.

  • Team Development:
    Lead and mentor the administration team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with other departments, including finance, HR, and IT, to ensure alignment on administrative initiatives and support business objectives.

  • Budget Management:
    Develop and manage the administrative budget, monitoring expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

  • Experience:
    10+ years of experience in administration or operational management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

  • Leadership Skills:
    Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.

  • Analytical Skills:
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Communication Skills:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Project Management:
    Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
