Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.

• Cash Flow Management:
  Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting audits and assessments as necessary.

• Financial Analysis:
  Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support investment strategies and operational efficiency.

• Team Leadership:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.

• Experience:
  5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the investment management or financial services industry.

• Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.

• Leadership Skills:
  Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing finance teams.

  High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
