FP & A Manager

Description:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking including prepare presentations to management and highlight risks & opportunities with propose actions.
• Support defining business strategies to improve financial performance at customer level across brands and stores.
• Prepare monthly P&L closing deck and Variance Report with solid and clear variance explanations
• Enhance models and forecast methodologies to streamline and accommodate flexibility in planning, analysis and changes in strategic/tactical direction
• Provide ad hoc analysis for sales performance, profitability and expense management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finanirece
• 5+ years of FP&A experience preferably in FMCG/ Retail/ Healthcare industries
• Team player mentality and be able to work independently with problem solving skills
