Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Contribute to and execute the global production strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across multiple production sites in Southeast Asia.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team across various locations, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, design, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and product delivery.
- Quality & Cost Management: Implement best-in-class quality assurance processes and cost control measures without compromising standards.
- Capacity Building: Scale production capabilities to meet growing global demand, including automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance operational performance.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale, high-quality manufacturing operations for a world-class brand.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing environments in Southeast Asia.
- Expertise in driving productivity improvements, cost efficiency, and quality management systems.
- Experience in scaling production capacity while maintaining excellence in quality and cost.
