Head of Legal - Listed Luxury Brand

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Legal Governance

• Establish comprehensive legal risk management frameworks across international operations
• Develop and maintain contract management systems with optimized standardized templates
• Design intellectual property protection strategies for global brand assets

2. Complex Dispute Resolution

• Lead high-stakes litigation/arbitration cases and establish commercial mediation mechanisms
• Handle cross-border IP disputes and safeguard international market interests

3. Compliance Leadership

• Conduct legal reviews for mainland China operations (anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, consumer protection)
• Develop GDPR-compliant data protection frameworks with annual audits and breach response protocols
• Drive enterprise-wide compliance initiatives including annual training programs

4. Strategic Advisory

• Provide legal guidance on emerging business models and innovative commercial scenarios
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration through compliance empowerment

Qualifications & Required:

• LLB/JD from accredited law school; PRC Bar qualification
• 10+ years legal experience in multinational retail corporations (luxury/jewelry sector preferred)
• Expert knowledge of PRC Civil Code, Cybersecurity Law, and international compliance standards
• Proven leadership in managing legal teams (5+ members)
• Native Chinese proficiency with business-level English

Preferred:

• CIPP/CIPTP certified privacy professional
• Successful track record in building legal/compliance systems
• Experience handling cross-jurisdictional commercial disputes

工作内容
负责本集团的法律事务管理，具体如下：

• 建立完善的法律风险管理体系，防控法律风险；
• 制定并完善合同管理制度、知识产权保护体系，优化标准化合同模板库；
• 处理重大诉讼仲裁案件，建立商事纠纷调解机制，降低企业败诉率；
• 提供内地业务的法律合规审核，包括反洗钱、反腐败、广告宣传、消费者权益保护等；
• 处理跨境知识产权纠纷，维护企业国际市场权益；研究新型业态的法律问题；
• 提供特殊场景法律支持，推动跨部门协同与合规赋能，组织全员年度合规培训；
• 搭建个人信息保护方面的合规框架，开展年度审计并制定数据泄露应急预案。

岗位所需基本能力和个人素质（如学历、技能、经验及其他）
一、        能力基本要求：

• 本科以上学历，法律、法学专业背景，具备扎实的法律知识；
• 10年以上大型零售企业法务经验（优先考虑知名珠宝品牌背景）；
• 持有法律职业资格证书，熟悉《民法典》《消费者权益保护法》《个人信息保护法》等法律法规；
• 具备出色的领导能力和团队管理能力，具备高度的责任心和职业道德；
