Our client is looking APAC Regional Head of Sales , they are a leading footwear company and looking for a experienced people leader to join the team.
Responsibility:

- Responsible on Multichannel Go-To-Market and overall Sales development of the territory with strong focus on distribution partnerships development
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the region, guaranteeing a sustainable price strategy and a profitable contribution margin
- Build strong relationship with local distribution partners, coordinating and supervising their
- OTB and local commercial/marketing activities, understanding their specific business need and objectives and make sure they put the needed structure and investment to properly develop the brand in the market
- Participate in elaborating annual, quarterly and monthly sales budgets and in planning sales activities.
- Supervise sales terms and conditions revising the financial risks together with the superior
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Strong commercial background and experience and entrepreneurial approach to business
- development
- Deep knowledge of the region Retail landscape, KPIs and Marketing with clear understating of channels segmentation parameters, trade business models and consumers shopping behaviour per channel
- Proven experience as a people leader
- Excellent listening and negotiation and influential skills with proven ability to develop long term relationship with partners
- Willing to travel frequently within the region
- Fluent in English
