Key Responsibilities

Project Involvement:
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with team members to drive improvements and enhance workplace culture. -
Data Management:
Support HR data management tasks, including maintaining employee records and assisting in the preparation of HR reports. -
Policy Implementation:
Help implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and employment regulations. -
Employee Engagement:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment. -
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from team members and contribute ideas for enhancing HR processes and employee experiences.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -
Experience:
Previous internship or experience in HR or related fields is a plus but not required. -
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. -
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork. -
Analytical Skills:
Basic analytical skills and a keen interest in HR metrics and data. -
Adaptability:
