Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's goals and target audience. This includes identifying target markets, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor activities.
Digital Marketing
Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising. Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to optimize results.
Marketing Campaign Execution
Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, print media, and traditional advertising. Ensure that campaigns are effectively implemented, monitored, and optimized for maximum reach and impact.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytic tools. Prepare regular reports on KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Brand Management
Assist in developing and maintaining the company's brand identity and positioning. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communications. Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation.
Content Development
Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to create engaging and compelling content for marketing materials, including website content, blog articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Ensure that the content aligns with the brand message and resonates with the target audience.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and insights. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay informed and identify opportunities for growth. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 - 5 years of brand and product marketing experience
- Prior experience in retail, CRM, and e-commerce is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
