Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Affairs Associate to join a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry. This role is critical for supporting the medical affairs team in ensuring the safe and effective use of products, as well as facilitating communication between healthcare professionals and the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences and a passion for advancing healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Medical Support:
  Provide scientific and medical information to internal teams and healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge of products.

• Clinical Data Analysis:
  Assist in the evaluation and interpretation of clinical data and research findings, contributing to the development of medical strategies and initiatives.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies when communicating medical information and conducting activities.

• Training and Education:
  Support the training of sales and marketing teams on medical and scientific aspects of products, enhancing their understanding and communication with healthcare providers.

• Collaboration:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to align on medical strategy and initiatives.

• Event Coordination:
  Assist in organizing and coordinating medical and scientific events, including advisory board meetings, conferences, and workshops.

• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of medical inquiries and responses, preparing reports for internal stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience:
  2+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or related fields within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts.

• Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret clinical data and research findings.

• Team Player:
  Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.

• Technical Proficiency:
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with medical databases and research tools.
