Key Responsibilities

• Medical Strategy Development:
  Develop and implement the medical affairs strategy for assigned products, aligning with overall business objectives and therapeutic goals.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to support scientific exchange and gather insights.

• Clinical Data Management:
  Oversee the analysis and dissemination of clinical data, providing clear and accurate information to support product positioning and safety.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and research teams to ensure that medical strategies are integrated into overall business plans and comply with ethical standards.

• Training and Education:
  Provide scientific training to internal teams and external partners, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of product data and therapeutic areas.

• Medical Communications:
  Prepare and review medical documents, including publications, presentations, and educational materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Compliance Oversight:
  Ensure all medical activities comply with local regulations and industry standards, promoting ethical practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; MD or PhD is preferred.

• Experience:
  5+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or a related role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

• Therapeutic Area Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of relevant therapeutic areas, clinical practices, and healthcare trends.

• Interpersonal Skills:
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.

• Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical data and provide actionable insights.
