Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned product portfolios, ensuring seamless transitions during product life cycle management, from introduction to phase-out, across Asia.
- Provide comprehensive product training to sales teams and product demonstrations to clinical specialists.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to meet and exceed business targets.
- Lead marketing campaigns, manage leads, and support sales initiatives.
- Perform in-depth market analysis to assess competitive dynamics and uncover business opportunities. Build and implement a strategic roadmap for the region.
- Evaluate financial performance, including profitability analysis and market viability for the product portfolio.
- Act as the liaison between headquarters and local business units, ensuring alignment on product strategy, and gathering feedback for product enhancements.
- Support regional teams in planning and executing product launches, including training programs and other growth-driving initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities and address market challenges.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to cross-functional teams, offering expertise and insights.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or Business-related fields; a background in Healthcare or Nursing is a plus but not required.
- 2-3 years of experience in medical device marketing, particularly in Embolotherapy, Vascular, or Cardiology products, with regional experience in Asia preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Oncology, Vascular, or Cardiology products would also be considered.
- Demonstrated expertise in product life cycle management, training, project management, and market development.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomacy skills, especially in multicultural environments.
- Self-driven and able to prioritize tasks independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
