We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and handle a very potential product (market leader for the disease area) with several indications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Promotion: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products to physicians, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for management review.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
