Key Responsibilities

• Resource Management:

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience:
  7+ years of experience in production management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of successful leadership.

• Technical Skills:
  Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory compliance.

• Leadership Skills:
  Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating high-performing teams.

• Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
