Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Relations:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Project Coordination:
  Manage property improvement projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.

• Financial Oversight:
  Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals.

• Market Analysis:
  Conduct market research to assess property values and trends, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Compliance and Reporting:
  Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, preparing necessary documentation and reports for management.

• Team Leadership:
  Lead a team of property staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective property management practices.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:
  5+ years of experience in property management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful operations.

• Organizational Skills:
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

• Cultural Awareness:
  Understanding of the Hong Kong property market and regulatory landscape.
