Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and innovative R&D Expert - Processed Meat to join a leading organization in the food industry. Key Responsibilities

Product Development:
Lead the development of new processed meat products from concept to commercialization, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. -
Formulation Optimization:
Analyze and refine existing product formulations to enhance taste, texture, and nutritional value, while managing cost efficiency. -
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products, using insights to inform R&D strategies. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on product specifications and objectives. -
Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the product development process, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. -
Technical Support:
Provide technical expertise and support to production teams, troubleshooting issues and optimizing manufacturing processes. -
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive records of research findings, product specifications, and development processes, ensuring clear communication of results.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. -
Experience:
5+ years of experience in R&D or product development within the processed meat or food industry, with a proven track record of successful product launches. -
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of food processing techniques, preservation methods, and ingredient functionality. -
Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality improvement. -
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. -
