Our client is a leading consumer electronics company, they are currently looking for a Regional Product Marketing Manager. The incumbent is tasked with driving the growth of the organization by establishing market positioning and product strategies across vital APAC regions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the go-to-market strategy and annual business plan that aligns with the company’s overarching goals.
- Tailor the global product strategy for local markets and develop a pricing plan in partnership with Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships for marketing and public relations efforts.
- Offer product-related support to business partners and manage technical inquiries with the R&D department.
- Ensure compliance with local market regulations while coordinating with the global compliance team.
- Oversee regional product-level P&L to guarantee sustainable and profitable growth.
- Occasionally lead end-to-end innovation projects by collaborating with various teams and suppliers.
- Gather insights on market demands, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics to guide the innovation strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or international business, with at least 8 years of regional management experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and a genuine interest in consumer insights and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on building effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.
- Innovative problem-solver dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Capable of managing multiple projects while effectively prioritizing tasks.
- High degree of independence and resourcefulness.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is advantageous.
