Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share for the company’s product portfolio in the designated territory. -
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to promote product awareness and drive sales. -
Product Promotion:
Deliver informative presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of products. -
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. -
Sales Reporting:
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and forecasts to management to inform strategic decisions. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. -
Compliance and Ethics:
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. -
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. -
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach. -
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies and decision-making. -
Self-Motivated:
