Responsibilities
- Conduct in-service training and sales visits to current and prospective customers within designated territories.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet targets, grow market share, and achieve marketing objectives in assigned areas.
- Provide training sessions for nurses, referring doctors, and healthcare personnel.
- Gather and analyze market insights, including competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Stay informed on local government healthcare policies and emerging market trends.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly, following company’s policies and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in medical sales and marketing, covering both public (HA) and private sectors (BUT FRESH GRADS ARE ALSO WELCOME!)
- Target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
- Proficient in report generation, with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
