Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized advice and service to enhance their luxury experience. -
Sales Achievement:
Drive sales performance through effective client engagement and by identifying client needs, preferences, and opportunities for upselling. -
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, including gemstones and jewelry collections, to provide tailored recommendations to clients. -
Market Insights:
Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences to provide strategic insights and improve client offerings. -
Event Coordination:
Organize and participate in exclusive events and private viewings to engage clients and showcase new collections. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with brand initiatives. -
Feedback Loop:
Gather and communicate client feedback to management, contributing to continuous improvement in service and product offerings.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant luxury retail experience is essential. -
Experience:
5+ years of experience in luxury retail or high-end client services, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods sector. -
Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. -
Sales Acumen:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through exceptional client service. -
Cultural Awareness:
Deep understanding of the South Korean luxury market and consumer behavior, with fluency in Korean and strong English language skills. -
