Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized roles, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. -
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends and understand the competitive landscape for specialized skills in the aerospace and engineering fields. -
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. -
Employer Branding:
Promote the organization as an employer of choice, leveraging social media and other platforms to attract top talent. -
Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and talent acquisition strategies. -
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -
Experience:
5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the aerospace, engineering, or technical sectors. -
Specialization:
Strong understanding of specialized roles and the skills required in the aerospace industry. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. -
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional candidate experiences. -
Analytical Skills:
Proficient in using recruitment tools and metrics to assess and improve recruitment strategies.
