Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support:
    Provide on-site and remote technical support for a range of medical and aesthetic devices, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

  • Equipment Maintenance:
    Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and repair of technical equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

  • Customer Training:
    Conduct training sessions for customers and staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment, ensuring they understand operational procedures and best practices.

  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, maintenance logs, and customer interactions, for compliance and quality assurance.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and product performance.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process improvements in service delivery and equipment performance, implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge:
    Stay updated on the latest technology and advancements in the industry, ensuring a thorough understanding of product features and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    3+ years of experience in technical support or service engineering, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.

  • Technical Skills:
    Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic systems, with troubleshooting and repair skills.

  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing effective solutions to technical challenges.

  • Language Proficiency:
    Proficiency in English and Cantonese, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
