Job Title: Territory Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets and increase market share.

  • Customer Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.

  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform sales strategies.

  • Product Promotion:
    Effectively promote and educate healthcare professionals about the organization’s products, ensuring they understand the benefits and proper usage.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to align efforts and maximize impact in the territory.

  • Reporting and Analysis:
    Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    5+ years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Sales Skills:
    Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Strong relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to influence and persuade.

  • Self-Motivated:
    A proactive and self-driven approach to managing the territory, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
