Key Responsibilities

• Trade Finance Operations:
  Manage and facilitate trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, documentary collections, and trade guarantees.

• Risk Assessment:
  Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with trade transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Documentation Review:
  Review and prepare trade documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness, coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

• Client Interaction:
  Work closely with clients to understand their trade finance needs, providing solutions and guidance to optimize their operations.

• Market Analysis:
  Monitor market trends and developments in trade finance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance service offerings.

• Collaboration:
  Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and compliance, to ensure seamless trade operations and support business objectives.

• Reporting:
  Prepare regular reports on trade finance activities, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:
  3+ years of experience in trade finance or related roles, with a solid understanding of trade finance products and processes.

• Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Technical Proficiency:
  Proficient in trade finance software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
