Account receivable Specialist F/M - FMCG

We are currently seeking a Account receivable Specialist to join a fast-moving consumer goods group based in Luxembourg eporting to the Credit Control Manager and cooperating with Financial Controller and Finance Director concerning ad hoc requests, the Account Receivable Specialist role will perform a wide range of duties and responsibilities. These may include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and assessment of the financial statements;
• Review of Aging and overdue items;
• Resolving customer queries and issues related to Sales contracts;
• Reconciliation and follow up of Vendors and customer’s accounts;
• Risk assessment Customer’s agreements vs Accruals and Sales Budget using BW/SAP                                                                                                                                                                     
• Financial forecasting
• Highlighting issues with the customers to senior management;
• Assessing company risk;
• Contracts, Agreements and Promotions assessment;
• Liaise with Sales regarding budgeting and accruals

Profile:

• Understanding of the end to end Accounts Receivable process;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Italian proficiency is highly recommended;
• Any other language proficiency is considered a plus;
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Management;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Proficient computer software skills, including Excel and proven experience with SAP;
