Our client is a reputable Private Debt Asset Management Firm with a small office in Kirchberg. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be the right-hand person to the Head of Luxembourg.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Administration Oversight:
- Supporting the Head of the Luxembourg office with the oversight role of the Luxembourg Service providers.
- Coordinating the annual year-end audit process, ensuring efficiency and the smooth running of the process.
- KPI Monitoring and Discrepancy Resolution:
- Designed, maintained, analyzed, and regularly reviewed KPIs related to fund accounting and administrative processes.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues, working closely with relevant teams.
- HR Support :
- Assist the Head of the Luxembourg office in various HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Ad-Hoc Project Involvement:
- Implement the processes for GP.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and business growth.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fund administration or audit (manager level) in Luxembourg.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to identify and address operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and innovative mindset, willing to challenge conventional approaches and think outside the box.
- Flexibility and a passion for taking on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
