Client Service Transfer Agent Specialist - F/M

Our client, a well-established provider of Transfer Agent Services, is seeking a Client Service Transfer Agent Specialist F/M to ensure efficient transaction delivery and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Investor Transactions: Oversee the full lifecycle of investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

• Coordinate Transaction Delivery: Ensure efficient transaction delivery by collaborating with internal departments and external counterparties.

• Resolve Discrepancies: Handle transaction discrepancies while ensuring compliance with AML/KYC requirements.

• Client Communication: Lead communication between clients and custodians, promptly addressing any queries.

• Support System Enhancements: Provide support for system upgrades and transaction process improvements to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Profile:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Transfer Agency or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, and Italian is a plus.
• Strong understanding of transaction processing, AML/KYC regulations, and client servicing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in relevant software and technology used in the Transfer Agent services sector.
