I am currently representing a major player in the healthcare sector in Luxembourg for the recruitment of a Commercial Solutions Advisor.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Distribute our products in the areas of nursing homes, retirement homes, and care and accommodation services;
  • Maintain close professional relationships with existing clients as well as identify and acquire new potential clients;
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies, and achieve the revenue and profit targets set for the sales area;
  • Provide the necessary technical and commercial advice and support for the sale of our products to buyers and users;
  • Ensure the implementation of the quality requirements of our services for our clientele.
Profile:
  • Nursing qualification, or Healthcare Assistant qualification, or at least 5 years of professional experience in the commercial sector of medical equipment;
  • Sales experience in medical products is a strong asset;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Commitment, flexibility, and initiative;
  • Results-oriented, autonomous, and structured work approach with an analytical, conceptual mindset and entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Good language skills in German and French, Luxembourgish is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Excel will be a significant advantage. Salesforce knowledge is an added value.
