Our client, a prestigious service provider, is seeking a dedicated and organized Corporate Assistant F/M to strengthen their team and contribute to the smooth management of their corporate and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and collecting signatures for corporate legal documents.
- Assisting with the setup and administration of corporate structures.
- Coordinating KYC documentation.
- Preparing materials for board and shareholder meetings.
- Maintaining statutory records and registers.
- Filing documents with relevant Luxembourg authorities (RCS, RBE, etc.).
Profile
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German will be considered an asset;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and proficiency in Excel are assets.
