Finance Operations Manager F/M - Leading PE Firm

Our client is a reputable Private Debt Asset Management Firm with a human-sized office in Kirchberg.
 
We are currently searching for an accomplished Finance Operations Manager who will be the right arm of the Head of Luxembourg.
 
Primary duties and responsibilities:
 

1. Administration Oversight:

• Supporting the Head of the Luxembourg office with the oversight role of the Luxembourg Service providers. 
• Collaborate with third-party administrators to maintain efficient and compliant fund operations.

       2.  Audit Coordination:

• Coordinating the annual year-end audit process, ensuring efficiency and the smooth running of the process. 

3. KPI Monitoring and Discrepancy Resolution:

• Design, maintain, analyze, and regularly review KPIs related to fund accounting and administrative processes.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues, working closely with relevant teams.

4. HR Support :

• Assist the head of the Luxembourg office in various HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

5. Ad-Hoc Project Involvement:

• Participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and business growth.

 
Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fund administration or audit (manager level) in Luxembourg.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to identify and address operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and innovative mindset, willing to challenge conventional approaches and think outside the box.
• Flexibility and a passion for taking on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
