As a Fund Administrator F/M with an IT focus, you will play a key role in managing administrative and financial operations for the funds and SOPARFIs. This role combines strong accounting knowledge with technical capabilities to enhance reporting, automation, and process efficiency within an AIFM.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of fund and SOPARFI administration, particularly accounting and financial reporting
- Manage and review quarterly Net Asset Valuation (NAV) processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Prepare and deliver individualized investor reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers (e.g. fund accountants, custodians, tax advisors, auditors)
- Supervise liquidity planning and the payment process, including investment distributions and reconciliations
- Enhance and automate Excel-based models (e.g. KPI tracking, budgeting, distribution planning)
- Align processes across departments to ensure operational consistency and efficiency
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in fund accounting and administration
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and Macros for automation and data processing
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and data analytics
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python or others) is a plus
- Knowledge: Solid grasp of regulatory and reporting frameworks relevant to funds and SOPARFIs
