As part of its continued growth, our Luxembourg-based financial group is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Group Strategy and Relationship Manager to work closely with the COO and other senior executives. This is a strategic role offering broad exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects that support the group’s development.
- Contribute to the implementation of new group-wide strategies.
- Liaise with external service providers such as banks, auditors, legal advisors, and fund administrators.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across jurisdictions
- Participate in high-level discussions with various entities within the group, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
- Provide operational assistance to top management on day-to-day business priorities
- Provide eporting to management and offer solutions to operational and regulatory challenges.
Profile:
- University degree in Finance, Management, or Accounting.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience, ideally gained in Luxembourg, within the banking industry, investment fund structures, or corporate finance.
- Solid knowledge of investment fund structures, regulated entities, or corporate governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg’s regulatory environment and the expectations of the CSSF is an asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Highly autonomous, with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- Proficiency in French and English is required; Italian is a strong asset.
